Wat?
Historia voorziet speciaal voor de geschiedenisstudent een cursusdienst, beter bekend als de CuDi. De handboeken die we aanbieden, zijn goedkoper dan in elke andere boekhandel in Leuven. Cursussen van bepaalde vakken zijn vaak enkel via de CuDi te verkrijgen, in die gevallen is het dus onmogelijk om de CuDi te mijden. Naast cursussen kunnen er ook toegangskaarten tot evenementen, codices, pulls, lidkaarten van Historia en merch gekocht worden.
What?
Historia provides a special textbook service for the history students, named the CuDi. The textbooks we sell are cheaper than every other bookstore in Leuven. Some courses only make their textbooks available in the CuDi, so in those cases it’s impossible not to visit us. Besides textbooks you can buy tickets to events, codices, merch and membership cards here.
Hoe?
Je komt langs op de CuDi tijdens onze openingsuren, de meeste producten hebben we direct in stock.
How?
You visit the CuDi during our opening hours, we have most products in stock.
Bestellen
Als je liever op je kot of vanuit je luie zetel al bekijkt welke cursussen we in de aanbieding hebben, kan je jouw boeken ook bestellen op deze website. Aangezien we al onze producten standaard aanwezig hebben in de CuDi is dit echter geen noodzaak.
1. Je geeft eerst aan of je al dan niet lid bent, en dus recht hebt op ledenkorting. Indien je wil kan je de korting ook verkrijgen door aan te geven dat je lid wil worden, je komt dat terecht op onze hoofdsite. “Ga direct door” naar de winkel als je geen lidkaart wenst aan te schaffen.
2. Je kiest je de producten die je wilt bestellen en voegt deze toe aan het winkelmandje.
3. Als je klaar bent met kiezen, kan je je bestelling plaatsen. Betalen doe je bij het afhalen. Geef hier zeker een geldig email-adres op, zo blijf je op de hoogte van je bestelling, check zeker je spam-box om geen mails te missen.
Ordering
If you prefer looking at the textbooks we have to offer from the comforts of your lazy couch, you can order your books on this website. Since we have all our products in stock by standard, it’s not really required.
1. You state whether you are a member or not. If you want to become one, you can by adding a membership card to your cart.
2. You choose the products you want to order and add them into your cart.
3. If you are done shopping, you can place your order. Paying is required when you pick up your books. Please enter a valid e-mailadress, this way you stay updated on your order. Don’t forget to check your spam-box!
Afhalen
Je bestelling afhalen:
Je ontvangt een mailtje met bestellingsbevestiging, deze breng je best mee (papier/digitaal) als je je pakketje komt halen op de CuDi.
Afhalen is pas mogelijk als je pakketje klaar ligt. Als dat het geval is krijg je onmiddellijk een mail. Vanaf dan heb je twee weken de tijd om het op te halen. Na twee weken kunnen we de bestelling niet langer vasthouden en moeten we ze annuleren, we brengen u daarvan uiteraard op de hoogte.
Je bestelling afrekenen:
Je rekent je pakketje af aan de kassa. Je kan elektronisch betalen, met Payconiq of cash.
Waar?
De cursusdienst bevindt zich op de perma van Historia, op de eerste verdieping boven de fakbar.
De fakbar zelf heeft twee ingangen: de hoofdingang in de Blijde Inkomststraat 11 en een achteringang via de Erasmustuin. (Letterentuin)
Als de fak nog niet open is, kan je de Cudi bereiken via de Witte Deur (naast de achteringang van de fak).
Collecting
Collecting your order:
You recieve an e-mail with your order confirmation, please take this with you (online) when collecting your books.
You can come collect your order when we have your package ready. We’ll e-mail you when you can come pick it up. From then on, you have two weeks to come collect your package. After two weeks, we’ll have to cancel your order, but we’ll inform you about this.
Paying for your order:
In the CuDi you pay for your order when you come pick it up. You can pay electronically, with Payconiq or with cash.
Where?
The CuDi is located in the perma, on the first floor of Fakbar Letteren. The Fakbar has two entrances: the front entrance is in the Blijde Inkomstraat 11 and the back entrance is at the Erasmustuin/Letterentuin. If the Fakbar is closed, you can enter via the ‘Witte Deur’ (‘White Door’). This is next to the back entrance.
